OWNER: Your food is great. I think the price is just fine. Great even. Again, food is really great. Favorite Italian here in Kobe. But your staff is stone cold : (

Staff and service is lacking. There is a gentleman and I wish I knew his name. But didn't see a name badge or anything. Anyway. He is the server and host almost all the time. And well. He's just not really nice. Not welcoming. Not sure if he understands Japanese 100% which is fine. You can tell he's not smiling and just doesn't want to be there.

We used to get served by some Japanese staff. They are friendly, great. They always remember us. Super nice. But this new guy.... well its unfortunate. Because it used to be our favorite place. And it still kind of is. But little disappointing when ever we get this one server : /

To the owner. Please look into this. Unfriendly service affects business. And if this server is the owner as it might be. Well, please don't serve your guests. Just run the restaurant. Hire others that enjoy serving guests.

Otherwise, food is really good. Love it. Atmosphere is great too. We speak Japanese. So no problem. But, surprised the menu does not have English. Merican park has lots of tourist. But,...

KOBE LOCAL HERE - Our favorite place for pizza! Pasta is just as good! Hard to find good Italian. It’s here but it’s ummmm well this place does a really great job. I read a review and the price. I’m sorry, they must not be from around here. The price is outstanding. No minimum, no drink requirement, no appetizer requirement. All of which just makes me want to order more.

They have this Kobe beef tomato sauce pasta which is really great! Pesto pizza is good. Margarita pizzza. All really great!

Just fair warning all is in Japanese. No English menu. We are actually talking to them and will help translate one.

Anyway, great spot check it out ! Nice views, nice people,...

The place is not the fanciest of restaurants but the quality is comparable to one. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, the view and atmosphere is also very cozy. The tablewares are very casual and the staff is also friendly and accommodating.
