The tomato ramen with cheese is probably one of the best meals in this mall, and definitely one of the top 3 I've had in my time in Japan. The tomato adds brightness and moderates the umami of the (pork?) broth base, while still being more complex than simple tomato soup. The cheese contrasted the broth without overpowering it, and the noodles absorbed the flavours. The rich gyoza we got as a side simply added to the sublime experience. I enjoyed the ramen. I went with a friend and we both ordered the ramen. The taste of the tomato broth was great and went well with the ramen. I also liked the rice side you order and mix with the remaining tomato mixture to create a risotto type combination. It was a nice food to relax with while I talked with my friend. Very unique spin to ramen! I love tomatoes so I thought this dish was very special and delicious. The soup was very flavourful, and it went really well with the rice in the end.
