Had both the black garlic and regular version.

Black garlic - A solid, well-judged black garlic tonkotsu that finds the sweet spot between depth and drinkability. The noodles are on point, the broth has presence without tipping into heaviness, and while the toppings are more functional than thrilling, the gobo chips give it a touch of individuality.

Regular - A straightforward tonkotsu that delivers the essentials without overcomplicating things. The broth is comforting, the noodles are well-executed, and while the toppings are serviceable, the overall bowl could benefit from a sharper flavour hook to keep you coming back for more.

The ramen shop right at the entrance of Hirome market. I tried different ramen place inside but this place was WAY better. They have few ramen focuses with local ingredients. I tried chicken soup ramen and that was amazing. People working there was fairly nice too. If u want ramen then get it here instead of any other shop in...

Delicious food and amazing service! The menu has some English and pictures which made ordering easy. We ordered the Pork Bone Ramen, Gyoza, and Fried Chicken Wings. Everything was made fresh in front of us. We ended the meal with some Ice Cream which was cool to watch being made.

We liked the black garlic ramen, as well as the number 1, and the sho charsiu ramen. The prawn, and the chives, gyoza were good, though the chicken kariagge was just okay. The plate of pork with onions was so good and tender that we ordered a second plate.
