高知帯屋町の商店街にあるスターバックスです。 1階と2階で構成されており、2階への昇降は階段のみとなっていますが、1階にも客席があるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できます（但し、1階の客席は2人用の席が数席のみです）。商店街の西の端に位置するからか、休日の昼食時間帯になってもそれほど混雑しているという様相は見られません。午前中を中心に店内は比較的静かで、ゆったりと過ごすことが出来ると思います。 給仕される料理やドリンクの質、スタッフの接客対応の質は、他のスターバックスと遜色ありません。
