I have an English explanation 何やら○しい店。。 去年に潰れた徳島ラーメン屋の跡地にできた、卵焼き飯(名物)の店。観光客の皆さんの参考にまで。 まん延防止等重点措置の期間中9/8に20時以降も営業していました。もちろんお客さんは無く、換気のために入口を開放していたとは言えガラガラでした。 高知人ですが焼き飯が高知名物だとは聞いたこともありません。胡散臭いなと思ってましたが、そういう店だと確信しました。 (周りはどこも営業していません)

焼き飯が名物なんて観光客の皆さんに思われてまっこと恥ずかしい。。あの店ができたときに変な鳥肌が立った。誰に聞いても焼き飯は名物ではなく、郷土料理でもない。あのような観光客の多い目立つ場所での経営戦略かも知れませんが言うたもん勝ち、やったもん勝ちの精神ですね。 観光客のみなさん、卵焼き飯が高知の名物ではないと高知人は思ってます。 普通は中華料理の焼き飯を名物と言うところは無いと思います。 卵と調味料と米を炒めたもの。たぶん普通の卵です。高知には土佐ジローという地鶏がいまして、その鷄の卵は高価ですが存在しています。その卵を使用しているとは思えない。 ※ 名物とは「その土地で名高い産物。名産やその土地や社会で、特有な物ごとや評判になっているもの」と辞書では説明されています。その食の分野が「名物料理」ですが、これと似てよく言われるものに「郷土料理」（きょうどりょうり）があります郷土料理は、その地域特有の産物を、その地域独自の食べ方、見せ方など生活様式などを含めたものと考えてよいでしょう。その調理方法も特徴のあるものが多くあります。
