The ramen here is my all-time favorite! Fish-based dashi and light on grease, combined with yummy noodles adds up to sheer pleasure. I always order the wan tan version, and it comes with a bowl of rice. Add some condiments—white pepper, 7 min and katsuo bushi (shaved dried bonito) are available. I add 7 min and katsuo bushi. I leave the egg in for a while to warm it up. Once I’ve cleared out some of the main food, I’ll add some rice to the spoon and add a bit of...

Something different from your usual tonkotsu broth ramen. It's refreshing to have fish based soup ramen & you can add bonito flakes as much as you like! Though I wish the yuzu taste is stronger. Add the remaining soup to your bowl of rice : delish Ticket machine does not have English on it so do Google beforehand on what they are offering. Came here around 1130am, no...

I always order the wan tan version, and it comes with a bowl of rice. Add some condiments—white pepper, 7 min and katsuo bushi (shaved dried bonito) are available. I add 7 min and katsuo bushi. I leave the egg in for a while to warm it up. Once I’ve cleared out some of the main food, I’ll add some rice to the spoon and add a bit of soup—awesome!
