Unassuming and quiet little ramen shop just off the busy pedestrian street. The owner was very hospitable and gracious to us from the moment we entered his shop. He made sure we understood the menu and could speak a little English! There is only one type of shio ramen available with straight or curly noodles, and it was a wholesome meal! The soup was not as thick as a tonkatsu ramen, so we felt really satisfied, even drinking every last drop of the broth, without feeling it was too oily!

We stayed at OMO5 hotel, while walked around the area surprisingly found this cute ramen place (10 seats) with Michelin Guide 2018. So we decided to stop for lunch -this is the best ramen we ever had, their handmade noodle and their chicken broth are too die for.
