I read more than one comment saying that this place is too pricey, but I don't think so. ¥1,200 for one hour of stay with one drink included I think is totally fine. The cat's are lovely and we had a great time. The area around the toilet smells a little bit because the cat's toilet is around the same area, but I think it is unavailable. Recommended.

Kitty heaven!!! 😻 I was missing my cats back home and this was just what I needed! All the cats seem well cared for and the owner was super nice! The place is very clean and homey. Highly recommend for anyone in the area! Just a small detour from a day out in Arashiyama back to Kyoto city.

This was a really nice visit. The cats were friendly but most of them were sleeping in the afternoon. One cat let me pet it for a long time while sleeping, and some others really liked to play. Also one cat likes to follow people into the bathroom and hide behind the toilet lol.

I had a matcha float which was really tasty. And the lady was very nice even though i don't speak Japanese.

I went to over 4 cat cafes across Japan and to be completely honest, this was by far the best cat café I've ever been to (both Japan and Australia). The staff was very kind and helpful and the cats themselves were also very friendly and loving. I had a couple cats sit on me and let me stroke their belly!
