Cinamon newly opened up in Nishijin area of Kamigyo-ku in 2014. The place was converted from a house into a restaurant. It is perched on the corner of a block right across from our TGM Home. When the door is closed the inside image is hard to see. This is how it looks like. As you opened the door there is a counter on the right side looking like a bar counter. The kitchen area is built right next to it in the back. Usually 2 staff members ( Owner & Chef ). Even though the size of the restaurant seems small, they have unexpectedly a wide range of menu for you to choose from at very reasonable price. ( Budget for good dinner is around 2,000 yen with a glass of soft drink ). They are willing to offer a free glass of Russie ( Traditional Indian soft drink ) for a new visitor.
