Best darn food I had this entire trip, bought a bunch bc they all looked so delicious w the idea I’d give some to people in my guesthouse but let me tell you this bread will open up realms in your appetite that you never thought possible and you’ll thank them for it, absolute unholy noshing abilities, rabid bread destruction, have fun everyone and please don’t miss this godly spot when you’re in Kyoto! I queued for 5 mins maybe and honestly should hv been longer, like take my time take my soul id happily give you it for half a coneruya salt bread AMEN 🦖 HAPPY...

The mascarpone red bean jam bun is quite possibly the best red bean jam bun I've had in my life.

I sometimes buy red bean jam buns at bakeries. It's truly often a hit or miss menu item. Not only is the feeling exceptionally tasty but the bread is also different from the usual red bean jam bread.

The price isn't very low but it's also not over inflated Tokyo prices.

I believe the shop uses really high quality ingredients. The pear tart is highly recommended. It reminds me of a tart I had at Cordon...

2 words - HECK YEAH.

My GF and I woke up and were craving something like a bacon and egg roll (we are Australian) and thought the bakery close to our accommodation would be worth trying.

After seeing the selection we both decided we would eat until we felt unwell.

Nothing missed. The hot dog rolls were sick, the hamburger looking think was excellent and all the sweets were great. We went back for second which is the photo below.

Funnily enough with the amount we ate we didn’t feel at all...
