A damn awesome Japanese Italian place. Very creative use of both local and Italian ingredients. The staff do not speak english but will try their hardest to recommend and explain dishes. Although we were the only guest, we felt their wholesome hospitality and there was no rushing. Everything cooked to perfection. Even though we were sharing, the chef divided and plated our food nicely. I would Recommend the jamon serrano with kumquat and the pork and cabbage aglio ollio. Awesome dishes. 今年9月初的日本真的太熱了 動輒就36、7度 一到埗忍不住就先加點了一杯Blood orange juice 冰冰涼涼帶著葡萄柚香氣 酸甜中再帶一點點微澀 對於不能喝酒精或甜膩飲料的人來說是不錯的選擇

餐前店家招待了一份淡菜佐迷迭香麵包粉 （食材是用猜的，畢竟menu上沒寫） 沒有特別驚豔 能分別吃出個別的食材，感覺沒有特別融合 是可以想像的味道

前菜選的是薄切生魚肉佐甜黑蒜醬 材料非常新鮮 伴碟乾煎的蔬菜也很好吃 甜蒜醬味道有點過重 稍為掩蓋了魚片本身的鮮味 （不太確家這醬是要配蔬菜還是魚肉） 個人更喜歡沾點盤上上只有放一點點的油醋（？） 清爽之餘也不會隱藏食材本身的味道
