When our concierge recommended this restaurant, I searched for reviews and couldn’t find much so we didn’t know what to expect. What a pleasant surprise! We went for lunch and sat at the counter. From our first dish, seacucumber salad to the delicious sweets at the end - everything was Japanese perfection. What made this experience most special was the warmth and care of the chef, which was felt in every dish. This is the best miso soup we have ever had and when we asked about the special ingredients the chef said, “Love is the deciding factor of taste” (Chef translated from Japanese to English for us).
