❇️ Green Terrace | Riverside cafe ( ➡️ the cafe is situated along the Philosopher's Path)
● Abit of history first 🌳🌳 The Philosopher's Path ( is just a few minutes walk from Ginka-kuji, the Silver Pavilion. 🌸 The Philosopher's Path (哲学の道, Tetsugaku no michi) is a pleasant stone path through the northern part of Kyoto's Higashi-yama 东山 district.
❇️ My hubby and myself were strolling happily along the Philosopher's Path on a late winter's day in the afternoon when we came across this beautiful cafe nestled by the banks of the river.
🟡 Mesmerised, we went to take a look and decided to stop to rest our feet & have some beverages. 🔵 The cafe is a delightful & charming spot to enjoy a quick lunch, have some drinks and enjoy the view of the river:)
🟤 In fact, the Green Terrace cafe itself boast a chic & classy interior. 🤎 Coupled with an awesome and picturesque view of the river, I felt really at peace here, and could enjoy my drink amid such a serene & peaceful ambience.

The mushrooms in this pasta are unique because I have never seen them before in grocery stores or restaurants I have been...

The staff spent the next hour ringing the bus company and trying to find out if the wallet had been handed in. Eventually we heard the good news it had and was waiting for us at the Kyoto lost property office by the main station We made our way back and retrieved it, still with cash and credit cards Many thanks to the staff of this establishment and the bus driver for their assistance and honesty Unfortunately we were unable to sample any food or drink from the Green Terrace today but will be back tomorrow for sure The food looked very...
