Probably one of the few (if not the only one) cafés open from early morning (8 o'clock) around the Philosopher's Path. Went there at around 9 with our kids. This place has a retro, old school style with warm ambience. The owners are a grandma-grandpa couple with one male staff (I guess their son?). Lovely, quiet ‘oasis’ along the Philosophers Path. I enjoyed their cake set - a delicious piece of cream cheese cake and choice of drink, ¥950.
