Restaurant has a warm and welcoming typical Italian restaurant environment. The food is affordable, and very good. It tastes and looks Italian, however some dishes carry Japanese influence which doesn't interfere with the generic Italian taste. Japanese language is dominant, yet most staff speak English and the menus are English friendly.
The most impressive aspect of this restaurant is the staff. Leaving the restaurant I noticed I had left behind my wallet. 15 minutes later I was walking into the restaurant. Our polite request to change to another un-burned one was refused with the statement that their oven cannot handle this topic better. We gave back the Pizza and ordered another dish instead. When paying the bill, they only wanted to discount the rejected Pizza 50%. An absolute joke. How unprofessional! Of course we refused to pay for the Pizza. Says a lot about this place... Additionally, as written in other reviews, portions are small and not very tasteful, we better should have read some reviews about this place before....
