The Ramen Mugyu hits continue with Vol. 2. This time I checked out the mazesoba and it was really flavourful as well, the flavours was good, thick chewy noodles were a perfect al dente. The mazesoba didn't wow me like the ramen in Vol. 1, but that's just me. Something about being able to slurp soup and a full-on slice of meat instead of diced up pieces. Don't get me wrong, it was still really good.
Service I give full marks they were quick and attentive. Although I was just taking my time to decide whether or not I would get a side dish, she assumed this foreigner was struggling with how to complete the ticketing machine process. That was really kind.

I especially loved the thick and tasty noodles and in combination with the perfectly balanced broth and the toppings it’s just an amazing experience and you wish your bowl never gets empty.
After taking a seat I was asked if I want to change to a large amount of noodles free of charge. I don’t know if it’s a limited offer but I happily accepted the upgrade and I can tell, you will definitely be not hungry anymore after that.
What I loved especially was the fact that they had coarse ground pepper to sprinkle over your food. Also the staff was super friendly and you can sit right at the counter and watch them prepare the food what I really enjoy.

We got the onibara shiro and kuro ramen.
My personal favourite was the shiro. The chicken soy broth was delightful being flavourful, while being light and not too salty. The pork belly was also excellent. It was tender and had the right amount of fattiness to it. The noodles also had a nice chew to them. 5/5.
The kuro was also decent. The broth was bolder and saltier in flavour with the soy sauce, though just a little too salty for my liking. The rest of the bowl was also very solid. 4.5/5.
The fried dumplings were also good. Although they came straight from a bag, they were crispy and the meat inside was juicy inside. 4/5.
The kogemeshi was decent. The roast pork was salty and slightly tender. The stone bowl meant the dish remained hot and the rice had a nice crispy...
