Honestly the food is quite good. And the portions are really good for the price. Came here for lunch and it was good!

But we came here at night for and there was this lady who was super rude to us. We were getting take out and she just kept rushing us even though take out ends in like 2 hours. And her demeanor was super condescending towards us. We didn’t even say or do anything at all other than just ordering. I don’t know if it’s cause we are foreigners, because her demeanor was different to the other japanese customers.

However despite this experience, when coming here for lunch it was good and waiters were good. Just look out for the lady...

A great hamburg restaurant tucked in the corner of Hyakumanben. The vibe and decorations are really cool, reminds you of 80s American diners. Service is efficient and you can order a selection of hamburgs from the vending machine. Each hamburg comes with a side of french fries. I highly recommend the garlic butter hamburg. The butteriness really sinks into the patty and the garlic flakes add a layer of crunch to the dish. The second best would be the mentaiko hamburg. The restaurant was located at Hyakumanben, close to Kyoto University campus. From the price-quality perspective, it was a really good #restaurant to have your lunch. The food was delicious and portions were quite big. Although l ordered a medium size plate, it seemed large to me.
