When we asked about the ingredients in some items due to dietary sensitivities, the staff member we spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of showing understanding or offering assistance, their behavior felt cold and indifferent, which made the experience unpleasant.
As a customer, I believe that staff should be accommodating, especially when dealing with health-related concerns. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. It’s a shame because the cafe has potential, but the poor service overshadowed...
