We were a group of 29 people. This is not a good place for groups at all and they don't handle large groups very well. And of course, here you couldn't and they didn't let you do your own makeup and you had to pay for it, while in other places you could easily do it yourself. And besides, you didn't have the right to choose the kimono bag, and they gave you whatever bag was left. Even though we had reserved a specific time a month in advance, they divided our group into several parts and each group had to wait for their turn in the cold weather outside the shop, and even though the weather was very cold and it was snowing, they didn't even let us near the door. We kept waiting and they kept warning us not to stop here. Even though we were a group and the group had to finish before paying, they kept repeating to everyone that you had to pay. Good that I can walk in without an appointment. The staff are efficient with dressing me and doing my hair. I'm satisfied with the style as well. I went to 清水寺and 伏见稻荷大社 with the costume and was able to come back before 5:30pm to avoid a fine.

If they could be warmer and more friendly in this cold weather, I would feel much better and give two more stars.

I just reviewed others' reviews and found they got many complaints about clerk attitudes, even from people who can speak Japanese. I'm surprised they didn't not seem to improve even if they said so in their replies. The worst service I used to try. Never come back! They treat foreigners with indifference. After I paid for the clothes, the staff didn't tell me what to do next. They had bad attitude, NOT enthusiatic and trully UNFRIENDLY. They dont accept credit card. When I put a paper into toilet trash bin, they asked me to take it back by my hands! Omg! It just a small paper!!! When I asked them how I can? They gave me plastic bag with RUDE ATTITUDE 😡 I cant imagine how they can run bussiness
