⚠️There is a table charge, it comes with an appetizer. This is normal in Japan. ⚠️ Friendly owner who quickly recognizes regulars. All food is prepared with accute attention. There is a good mix of Japanese food and food westerners are familiar with. The menu is Japanese, but the new online order system helps with English, and the male owner speaks decent English too. Good variety of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks too. My only complaint is the place allows indoor smoking, which is common for casual night eateries in Japan, but the food is worth coming despite that. And no one told me beforehand. In the end, we had to pay table service charges. Any notice in advance would have helped and we wouldn’t eat there.
The food was fine, but absolutely not worth the extra charges.
We stopped by because it was open late and close to our hotel, but we regretted it shortly after. I’d recommend going...
