Kyoto Theater — Attraction in Kyoto

京都駅の烏丸口側にあり、今回、近鉄で行ったので、ちょうど中央通路を斜めに移動することになり、少し距離がありました。初めてでしたので、途中2回、道を訪ねました。最初はわかりにくいですね。 劇場のスタッフの対応はいいです。ただ、二階席の後方ですと、実質的には三階になり、あがっていく階段が、年配者にはつらいです。また、座席の前後間隔がやや狭く、腰が痛くなります。私は、休憩時間にストレッチをしました。舞台の様子は二階席後方でも、よく見えます。 あと、今回の公演では、時間の予定表のはりだしがなく、スタッフに聞きましたが、そのスタッフも別のスタッフに尋ねていました。皆さん、あまり聞かないんでしょうかね。帰り、出口までは、混雑するので、上の階の場合は、少し時間をみておいたほうがいいかもしれません。

It is located on the Karasuma side of Kyoto Station, and since I took the Kintetsu line, I had to travel diagonally along the central aisle, which was a bit of a distance. Since it was my first time there, I had to ask for directions twice on the way. It is hard to find at first. The theater staff is good. However, if you are in the back of the second-floor seats, you are practically on the third floor, and the stairs up to the door are difficult for older people. Also, the space between the front and back seats is rather narrow, which causes pain in the back. I stretched during the intermission. The stage can be seen clearly from the back of the second-floor seats. 京都駅直結で雨にぬれずに行けて、終わり次第即新幹線に乗れる遠征民に優しい劇場。大阪からもJR1本で全通とかするならちょっとしんどいけど、普通に数回観劇なら苦にならない距離。 ロビーは広くもなく狭くもないですが、物販が盛んな公演は並んでいる方が多いので混雑している印象。

A～E列がフラット、F～段差ありです。 観劇した席で覚えてるのがD列下手サイド、M列上手サイド、S列以降、2A列、2G列ですが特に人の頭が被ってめっちゃ見にくいという席は今のところありません。 2Fは高さがある分舞台が遠くに感じますが、全景として楽しむなら見やすいかと。1列目でも手すりが被らず見えました。 音響も四季が使ってるくらいなので悪くないです。

ただ2Fにたどり着くまでの階段がけっこう急で、暑い時期にギリギリ到着だと劇場に着くまでに汗かいてさらに階段ダッシュで息切れが止まらず汗だくみたいになるので時間には多少の余裕をもっていきましょう！！！ あと2Fは座席の前後間が窮屈なので長時間の公演だと体が痛くなるかもしれません。大きい荷物の方も注意してください。

難点があるとすればトイレの個数が少ないこと。1F、2Fは下手側にあります。3F(2F後方)は上手にあったような...？？周りの施設のトイレも遠いので劇場内で行く方が大半です。 2幕始まって少ししてから入ってくる方が他の劇場より多く感じます。和式もあるので、和式でも大丈夫な人はスタッフの人が和式空いてます～とお声がけがあればサッといきましょう。
