Although the name of museum a bit misleading, this art exibition space is very spacious and have some interesting exhibitions. It is okay to go once but no English at all. And the quality of the exibition is not good enough for the entrance fee. But it is located in Isetan department store. So when the weather is bad then you can try as plan B. It is also connected with the subway station so you can go without getting wet...
