i didn't eat here. I didn't get a chance. My university Japanese friend booked a reservation here a few hours in advance in my name.No can find when I arrive . Ok. well., the place is 60% empty. Actually dead. This is Wednesday night. The Manager says OK. I politely as for back table against wall, cuz I'm disabled (bad leg). Empty wall table is for VIP customer. Sorry I'm not VIP. So, Manager seats me at center inside table. I say, wait, what about another table? Place is empty. He says, another VIP has it. I say. Not OK. Get up to leave. Manager says, OK, take that table. Told him no thank you, I'm sure your non disabled-VIP customer will be happy. I am not. This place caters to well-heeled Ritz Carlton foreign guests a few blocks away. Don't expect any Japanese-style polite kindness here, instead arrogant. rude, and haughty treatment. Pity, because I hear his food was pretty good for a gaijin place. Note that most of the bad reviews are mostly from Japanese. I...

Such a pity that the restaurant would hire such a rude person. He will be the death of the...

I had the beef bourgunoin and escargots, both of which were cooked to perfection. I loved the pearl onions!
My only issue is that it was quite warm in the bistro, I wasn’t sure if the airconditioning was switched on, but that’s reminiscent of summers in Europe so it’s actually an...
