The rating is based on the staff. Everyone from front desk to chef to manager has gone out of their way to make my stay perfect. I’m here with a tour group so it’s an excellen spot to meet up before dinner for snacks and drinks (you can come in for food and drinks even if you’re not a guest). They are warm and inviting and treat you like family. I burned my hand on some hot water (my own fault) and they went to the pharmacy and got everything I needed to be properly bandaged up. The manager even went to get pizza for us when their grill was closed. ||The rooms are simple but cozy. There is a bathroom and shower/sink combo. The beds are on the floor and surprisingly comfy. I could have used another pillow but I never asked for one so no fault of the staff. ||The location is good, although some taxi drivers might have a tricky time finding it. Tell them to go to Yamanka (phenomenal pork restaurant a block away—also recommended highly!!) and you can manage from there. ||Again, perfect spot if you want to be treated like family and you’re on a budget. The front desk can make reservations for you and their recommendations are wonderful. Everyone speaks excellent English for Western travelers....

There are no TVs but certainly I didn’t miss it and more importantly, the internet worked perfectly throughout my stay. My partner and I had a small room, but my parents’ was quite spacious.||Customer service was outstanding. They are totally prepared for foreign tourists. You are given a leaflet with the main attractions and the train or bus to take there. There is a common area downstairs where you can have your own breakfast and coffee and tea are provided.||Undoubted, I would recommend you to stay at Seibido Inn for a peaceful and...
