We had an incredible dinner experience at Nishijin Hashimoto, our favorite yet in Japan so far after three visits and a multitude of omakase dinners
The service, care and food were top notch. We tried dishes with ingredients that were entirely new to us, and Mr Hashimoto and his staff were friendly, attentive and incredibly welcoming

Read moreThis is a must visit Kyoto restaurant! The food is absolutely incredible. Every single bite was delicious. My younger sister never finishes her food, and she devoured every bite, even though we had plenty of food! It was savory, umami, comforting, and contemporary.
The couple who runs the establishment is so full of life and laughter. We communicated via Google translate, and had many laughs together. We recommend trying the sake, as they have many different kinds.
Thank you...
