After a long hike up to the top of Fushimi Inari-taisha shrine, we were greated by the workers calling out "cheese beef." Naturally, we stopped. While they did try to upsell us into buying one more than we needed, it was the end of the night and I know they were trying to get rid of product. They were very friendly and chatty with us. As we were waiting for them to heat them up, my friend N. Said "daisuki cheese" a couple and made them laugh. Once we received the "cheese beef" N bit into it and immediately said "oishi!" She wasn't lying, they were great. As we were walking away, she fumbled and dropped it on the ground only after one bite! The workers were kind enough to bring her over and give her a new one for free! We were all laughing about the situation and when I showed them her picture, they were on the verge of tears! Tldr: get the cheese beef. Oishi!

I found this restaurant while planning my trip to Fushimi Inari Taisha. The reviews were great, and the Inari beef bowl looked incredibly appetizing, so I decided I had to try it. And the taste definitely lived up to the reviews! The flavors were rich and the beef was perfectly soaked in sauce, pairing wonderfully with the egg. Another dish I ordered was the Wagyu Sukiyaki Soba set – the beef was so good 🤤🥹, and they gave a generous amount of soba noodles. After a long walk down from Inari, it’s a perfect place to recharge with some delicious food. It’s not far at all! 👍🏼💪🏼

We stumbled upon this soba shop after visiting Fushimi Inari Taisha - and what a pleasant surprise! The soba was excellent: smooth, flavourful, springy and clearly handmade. We tried the shabu shabu soba and the duck soba, both were great. The Wagyu beef is nicely marbled and super tender, while the duck was cooked just right, soft and juicy without gamey taste. Everything came together really well! A delicious and satisfying meal - perfect after a day of exploring.

I had an amazing dining experience with these two dishes! The Wagyu Sukiyaki was incredibly flavorful, with tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef, while the Odataki Hot Pot had a rich and satisfying taste, perfectly balanced with fresh vegetables and savory meats. The portion sizes were very generous, making it perfect for sharing or enjoying as a hearty meal. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Japanese hot pot dishes with...
