This review reflects my personal experience and honest opinion.
I wanted to try a Japanese-style bakery and café for breakfast on my last day in town, and I'm so glad I found this place! The reviews don’t do it justice.
Honestly, I felt like I was sitting in a Parisian café, not Kyoto.
We both ordered the cheese toast set with a hot latte. Wow, the toast was light and perfectly cooked, with cheese that was divine—full of flavor and just melted in my mouth. The fresh tomato and hint of onion added a great touch to the dish.
The latte was quite decent for an espresso machine.
For something sweet, we tried the croquant with banana and walnut. I’ve never tasted anything like it in my life! It was incredible, with crunchy walnuts and banana chips that added a delightful texture.
The bakery had a nice, relaxed vibe with chill music in the background.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I would definitely come back when I return.

The serving was fast, and the staff were so friendly, nice, and kind 🫶🏻. It made the whole morning feel extra warm and welcoming. The location is also super convenient if you’re staying nearby or just exploring the area!
Definitely a breakfast place I’d love to go...
