Uosaburo — Restaurant in Kyoto

We came to Uosaburo for lunch as it was in the area of the Fushimi sake village area and they allowed online reservations. Impeccable service that really showcases Japanese hospitality and extremely attentive service staff that really stood out. We were just two diners, and we had a whole tatami room facing a Japanese Zen garden to ourselves. We had the Hanakago sets which were good value as well, everything was well executed and tasty (its very true to the picture - tuna and seabream sashimi, prawn/mushroom/ladies finger tempura, chawanmushi, daikon, rolled egg with fried fish, pickle dish, conger eel rice and fishcake soup, and pudding for dessert).
