We found the place randomly as we walked by daytime and seamed modern and nice, we reserved a table for dinner.
We arrived without any queue and got seated immediately, we sat at a counter with our own grill and tablet. We received no instructions whatsoever and were left on our own as soon as we were seated. We eventually figured out how to switch to english on our tablet and order.
We ordered beeftartare with eggyolk, wagiyubeef, vegetables, rice. You place the meat on the grill and prepare it yourself, yakiniku essentially. Since we received no explanation, all orders came at once and essentially packed our table.
The wagiyubeef was delicious, everything else was average or below.

We ordered a Matsusaka marbled short rib, but half of each piece was almost PURE FAT(please see photos below). We asked for a replacement before eating it, but the chef did not directly address the problem of UNEVEN FAT DISTRIBUTION we raised, and only said that wagyu itself contains a lot of fat and refused to replace it. In our opinion, such fat distribution is either a problem with the cutting or using scraps to save costs. Therefore, I do not recommend this...
