松本粥本舗 — Restaurant in Matsumoto

I have a craving for congee and boiled dumplings. I found this restaurant in Google and decided to check this place out. When the dumplings came out, I was surprised that they were small. We have bigger dumplings in Melbourne. The skin is thicker, and the fillings are really thin. I don't think it's worth the 600 Yen that I paid. The seafood congee tasted delicious. There were 2 pieces of prawn which were normal in size. There was 1 baby scallop and 1 piece of baby crab. There is not much flesh in the crab. 202509月訪問しました。 夜営業となると、肉や魚といったガッツリ系が多い中、こちらはお粥が売りのお腹に優しそうなお店だな。と思いホットペッパー経由で「席だけ予約」で行ってみました。 観光客ゆえに、当日の疲れ具合でどれだけ食べられるかわからない。という時に、こういう「席だけ予約」というサービスは本当にありがたいと思います。 さらに、お手拭きがすごくしっかりとした潤いもある高級品✨️ それだけで女性は喜べるんじゃないかと思いました。 食後頃にはカラカラに乾いてる薄っぺらいお手拭きでは、足らない不満をも見越してるな!と思えましたし。 お粥は、注文してから炊くのかもしれません。とてもゆっくり出てきました。 そういう意味では、「確実にお粥食べる」とわかっているなら予約時に先注文しておくべきかと思います。 一皿料理には刻みニンニクがたっぷり入っていて、特に細切りシャキシャキのジャガイモ炒めが最高に美味しかったです。 注意点は、ホットペッパー経由でポイント使用すると、クレジット会計をお断りされる所。 ポイント差し引きの差額現金で請求されました。 最後にそこだけ残念だったのですが、お粥提供というのは他にはないお店だと思うので、食べ...
