The best and most unique ramen I’ve ever had! Wow it was so good I can’t stop thinking about it! Also can’t find it anywhere else and it’s made with local ingredients! TRY THR SAKE RAMEN!!! Also the owner is the coolest funnest person! I don’t speak Japanese and he only speaks a little English but we somehow had conversations and it was so interesting to hear his experiences while traveling, his passion for soccer and life in general! Now every time I’ll visit Japan I’ll make a trip here just for this ramen!

The rich, savory broth had layers of flavor The tender duck meat slices melted in my mouth, perfectly complementing the chewy noodles. Every spoonful was a symphony of taste and texture. The portion size was just right. It's a dish I'll be dreaming about for days to come unfortunately it was closed today and we did not have a chance to check the rest of them. If you're a ramen enthusiast, this place is an absolute must-visit!

Chanced upon this ramen place while we are searching for ramen lunch. Owner was cery kind to come over to explain the menu on the ticket machine. We ordered the miso and shoyu to try. Although anassuming, We are surprised by the flavorful chicken broth. This was also the first time I had smoked duck in Japan. The duck was very tender as well. We are glad to leave here full and satisfied. Would defintely recommend to my friends if they are coming to Matsumoto.

Absolutely unforgettable ramen experience!

This place might look modest from the outside, but don’t let appearances fool you — I had the most delicious ramen of my life here. I ordered the spicy miso ramen with pork and smoked duck, and every bite was a masterpiece. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, allowing each ingredient to shine while blending into a mind-blowing harmony.

The prices are more than fair, especially considering the quality. But what truly amazed me is that the owner runs the entire place by himself — cooking, serving, everything. His dedication and skill deserve a standing ovation. If you're in Japan and love ramen, this spot is an absolute must. Hidden gem doesn’t even begin to...

This restaurant serves amazing Miso and chicken ramen.

The owner was very friendly, told us how to order using the vending machine tickets and served us promptly with a smile. He was running the restaurant all by himself and we still managed to get our ramen very quickly.

Highly recommend getting an egg with your ramen as they make it very good here.

We were a group of 2, there was no line just had to wait around 10 mins for a seat to open up, very comfortable and spacious seating and very clean restaurant, just a great experience overall.
