🧡 This is my favorite fish cake bar. 🧡 I like fish cake, so I always visit it whenever I travel to Japan. On the second day of my trip, I came here to have dinner, thinking it was an ordinary fish cake bar. But the boss and the staff were so kind and fun, and the fish cake was so delicious. In particular, my boss was good at Korean and English, and he became a very good friend to me when I went on a trip alone. It became the best memory of my Matsuyama trip. I was craving for some Oden and stumbled upon this nice shop. Great and lovely team and service.

Although they have no english menu, they try their absolute best to help you. Can’t recommend a better place. Would recommend their daikon, amazing 10/10

오뎅바가 가고 싶어서 찾아본 스기노코! 17시 30분 영업시간 10분전 도착해서 영업시간 시작하자마자 들어감. 직원 분들이 매우 친절함. 한국어 메뉴판도 보여주셔서 좋았음. 에히메현 대표 사케인 이치즈치(?) 시원한 사케 작은 병을 시키고 오토시로는 우엉조림과 유부조림 같은 게 나옴! 오뎅모듬, 오뎅육수계란말이, 이치즈치 사케를 주문함. 오뎅모듬은 양이 적은 우리 2명에겐 딱이었으나 많이 먹는 사람에겐 적은 양일 수도? 국물이 간간하고 짜지 않아서 좋았음. 무도 센스 있게 반으로 잘려 있었으며 매우 부드러워서 입에서 녹음. 오뎅은 말할 필요 없이 맛있고 유부주머니 안에는 모찌(떡) 같은게 들어있었음. 너무 맛있었던 오뎅모듬 먹구 오뎅육수 계란말이 위에 가쓰오부시가 올려져 있는걸 같이 먹는데 이거도 왜 이렇게 맛있는지! 사케도 첫 1-2잔은 음료수처럼 술술 들어가다가 3-4잔째부터는 알콜향이 느껴지나 귤향(?)이 나는 깔끔한 맛이었음. 음식이랑 매우 잘 어울림. 추가로 쇠고기힘줄(스지)이랑 메뉴판에는 문어로 표시되어있으나 쭈꾸미였음. 쭈꾸미도 주문함. 힘줄은 쫀득쫀득하니 씹는 맛이 일품이었고 겨자랑 같이 나온 쭈꾸미도 야들야들 육즙 가득. 진짜 술이 무한 들어갈 거 같은 안주들이 가득한 맛집이었음. 직원 분이 한국어 인사말도 가끔 해주심. 계산하고 나갈때 “다음에 또 봐요~” 해주실 정도로 친절했음. 맛집 리스트에 꼭...
