ラーメン ブタイチ 松山二番町店 — Restaurant in Matsuyama

A bowl of ramen presented to you with no vibrant colours, only thick slab of pork, bean sprout and browny soup, not to forget with lots of raw garlic.

But the moment you start eating a few mouthful of it, the fats of pork starts to melt in your mouth and the garlic after taste kicks in. Wow in the mouth!

Initially with the look, I was not impressed but the flavour totally changed my mind. With 950 yen (125g of noodles + 2 slab of pork mea), I’m contented and very satisfied, esp when you are feeling cold with the weather and the bowl of noodles warm your soul :)

If anyone ask for recommendation for affordable meals in Matsuyama, this is the place to go! Will come back again if I visit.

Not to forget, free flow oolong tea, small place for maybe 10-12 & awesome...

Based on my own preferences, I would rank the items of the ramen as follows. *Noodles - 10/10 They are thick and firm, not overcooked, just as I like. Pork - 10/10 Very tasty, thick slices, with much more meat than fat. The amount of meat per slice is much bigger than the usual. I would go with 3 or 4 slices. Broth - 7/10 Regular flavor, not very vibrant. Maybe some acidity would improve it. Egg - 8/10 It could have more shoyu flavor and the egg white could be more firm. They also have quail eggs, which I also enjoyed very much.

Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and would return.

You have to tell if you want garlic or not. The added garlic is raw. I tasted both ways and I would choose...

21:00頃来店。 お客入ってましたが、スムーズに入店出来ました。 店内、照明が非常に明るく店員さんも元気があり、厨房も綺麗に作られてます。良い印象です。 入ってすぐ、券売機があります。 今回はラーメン250gとニンニク少し、アブラマシ、カラメで注文。 ちなみにコールのタイミングは店員さんから ○番さん、ニンニク入れますか？ と聞かれた時です。 待つ事１０分、着丼。 下皿付きでレンゲも乗ってます。 スープを一口、甘めでコクがあり、旨味を感じられます。そこまで、むつこく無く、キリっとしたスープです。 クタ野菜にアブラを絡めて、一口、堪らないですね。 チャーシューも柔らかくて食べやすく、卓上のカエシをかけてみましたが更に美味しくなります。 麺ですが、いい感じの硬麺具合でした。 ワシワシ感満載です。

あまりの美味さにあっという間に完食。

食べ終わった丼はカウンターの上に、卓上はカウンターに布巾がありますのでしっかり拭いておきましょう。 そうすると店員さんがお礼を言ってくれます。 しっかりお客さん見てくれてます。 個人的にこういう所は非常にポイントが高いです。

二郎系は殺伐とした雰囲気がありますが、ココは非常に明るいので居心地がよく、小心者の私でも一人で行けそうです。

久々に美味しいラーメンを食べました。 オープンして4日目に来店しましたが、人気が出ても調子に乗らず、今の感じで続けていって欲しいです。

強いていうならば、床がアブラでツルツルなので足元注意です。笑
