Fukusuke's Tamagoyaki — Restaurant in Motobu

The food is OK and still reasonably priced. But the service is below average.

Ordering of food is done by the kiosk (just like many other eateries in Japan). Various languages available on the kiosk so it's no problem if you do not understand Japanese.

However, the calling of your order number (when your food is ready) is only in Japanese. I waited at the waiting area for at least 15 minutes while they keep calling my order number in Japanese which I do not understand. The employees were not bother to ask or check even when there were only 3 or 4 of us in the waiting area.

数ヶ月ぶりにこちらの店舗に伺いましたが、 お店の方、愛想もなく作りながらの私語がすごい。 で、JALパックとかのクーポン利用となると 券売機ではなくカウンターで直接伝えるんですが、目の前で声をかけても、呼んでもなかなか来てくれないしわかっていてガン無視されました。 商品を包んだりの作業をしながら窓口業務を兼務みたいな感じで、効率が悪いですね。 忙しいのはわかりますが...

南城のほうに新しくできた店舗にも行きましたが、おばちゃんめちゃくちゃ感じが良かったのに。 福助の玉子焼きは作っている方達も覇気がないし暗い顔した方が多いイメージです。 ふつうに美味しいのに勿体無い。

昨年、市場本通りのほうで初めてポーク玉子サンドを購入。そのあとも沖縄に来る度に何度か立ち寄りましたが、あちらは場所的にあまり落ち着いて食べれないので、テイクアウトに良いかなぁという感じ。 数ヶ月前に久しぶりに備瀬を散策していたら福助さんを発見(^^) ポーク玉子サンドやおにぎりがもちろんメインなのですが、こちらのクリーム玉子スープが美味しすぎて大ファンになってしまいました...。クラムチャウダー好きの方には特にオススメです！ 毎朝食べたくて、今回の旅のメインの目的は福助さん！ 備瀬に宿をとって毎朝いちばんにポーク玉子サンドとスープのセットを買いに行きました（笑） ただサンドは厚さとボリュームがありすぎて、若干食べにくいです（笑）屋外に食事できるスペースがあるので、そこで食べて帰った方が無難です。おしぼりとか、手洗い場があったら尚更よいかな(^^)...
