バーンチェリー — Restaurant in Nagano

Great little unassuming Thai spot near Gondo. Very friendly and patient service. We've been craving Thai on our trip and this spot didn't disappoint. Don't think there's an English menu but previous knowledge of Thai dishes or language, an open mind, and menu photos help (hand written menu so Google translate is of limited use). A love my spicy food so this really hit the spot. Only regret is not taking a photo of the amazing food but the kitties🐈 photo sums...

Friendly owner and the food is “aloy mak mak”.

Some ingredients are hard to find in Japan and I see they tried to use replacements so the taste is a bit different than in Thailand.

Fantastic food at a great price. If you're feel like some Thai food you can't go wrong with this choice. The Tom Yum soup was especially good. I will definitely come again if I'm in the area again. Highly...
