レストランHajime — Restaurant in Nagasaki

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had dinner on one night. The service is very polite. At the time of our reservation we were even asked if there were any food types we would not like to eat. The food was amazing. Every course of the nine dishes was absolutely delicious. With the pasta came a little brioche as side dish, it was the best one I’ve ever tasted, and i’ve eaten plenty. The pasta and pizza can keep up with the best italian restaurants i’ve eaten at. The cook is very nice and you can tell by his explanations that he absolutely loves to create the best out of local ingredients. Fabulous meal. They seem much more comfortable if you can speak Japanese, but they did make the effort to print the menu in English. Reservations only, but you can make them online...
