Delicious tonkotsu ramen not far from the shopping arcade. You'll need some Japanese to navigate; after picking something from the ticket machine in the front, the staff hand you a sheet of paper to select your customizations, like noodle firmness, amount of garlic, and which toppings to omit or add.

The black ramen with extra garlic was just the flavor bomb I've been missing. From the first sip of broth, I was pleased with my choices. The base toppings are pretty simple and the meat is quite thin, but for the price, it's a hard bowl to...

Great place to try champon or other ramen. Small and cosy, friendly staff that help you out with the Japanese-only machine from which to order your food. Both the regular and the spicy champon were great. And if you're hungry enough ask for "kaedama" when you run out of noodles but have broth left. For ¥150 you'll get a second serving of...

This place is amazing. Super quick food, and incredible taste for only 9 to 12$ Canadian. You couldnt buy the same thing for twice that back home. Be prepared to eat and roll out, only about 10 spots to sit, but Ive eaten here every day since arriving in Nagasaki and will do so every time I am back. Best Ramen so far in Japan in...

The ramen and gyoza was really good. Some of the best I’ve gotten in the city. There was almost no wait, I got my food 1-2 minutes after sitting down. Only grime I had with the place was that the staff all seemed sick - coughing and runny noses. I was afraid of getting sick too. Otherwise 5 stars :)
