Seems to be a small family run restaurant from what I could understand. There is an English menu! Google translated though a few odd items appeared. Before entering though you can see all the dishes in the window on display. Had the Champon and Special Champon. Both were excellent and very generously sized. Joined a one day tour to Nagasaki and the local tour guide recommended us to try his favourite Champon place!

Sitting at the bar counter seats and witnessing the chefs cook, you get to see that there’s really wokhey in the food that’s being prepared and they are super generous in their serving!

通りから一本入ると、ひときわ明るいお店の灯り。 白を基調に明るく入りやすい店内でした。 2階もあるみたいです、人数の多いお客さんのグループは2階へ案内されていました。 一階はカウンターが５席くらいと、2人がけのテーブル席が３つ。 一階と二階の両方にお手洗いもあるみたいな感じでした（2階は未確認です、ゴメンナサイ）。

お勧めされた「皿うどん（太麺）」を注文。 調理場からは高い火柱も見えて期待大。

5分も経たずに出てきました。 たくさんの野菜（キャベツ、もやし、玉ねぎ、人参）に、キクラゲ、豚肉に、長崎に特徴的な色が一色のかまぼこ、エビと、本当に具沢山！

そして、1番お勧めされた理由の「カキ」が小ぶりながらたくさん入っていました！

ダシのきいたあっさりのお味が、緩めの餡でまとめられていて、スルスルと食べられました。

麺はもう少しだけパリパリを想像しましたが、中はモチモチで食べ応えありで、とても美味しくいただきました！ これで¥990とお得感も感じるくらいでした。

強いてあげるなら… スタッフの方が外国の方なのはまったく気にならないのですが、 フロアスタッフの方がかなり愛想ないので、この点は残念。 観光の街だし、ほんの少しでいいので気持ちのいいご対応があればなぁーって感じちゃいました。
