Syunkasyuto — Restaurant in Nagasaki

There was a really long wait to get inside, so we thought the food was going to be really incredible. It was good, but not the best ever. The menu was a little hard to understand. You have to have some good Chinese reading skills to understand it. The waitress was very helpful when it came time to order. 長崎新地中華街のメインストリート、かなり目立つ立地にあります。青龍偃月刀を携えた関羽さんの石像が目印です。どこのお店が流行っているのか特に下調べもして来なかったので、ひとまず待たずに座れるお店に入りました。

店内は多少年季が入っているものの、いかにも中華街といった内装はかなり凝っており、見ているだけでも楽しめます。

メニューは一般的な日本人向けの中華料理です。いわゆるガチ中華で出てくるようなマニアックな品物はありません。そして長崎らしく、ちゃんぽん・皿うどんを扱っています。

これらが中華料理なのかと問われると微妙なところですが、観光地ですから、日本人が喜ぶ品物を揃えるのは当然と言えるでしょう。

特製皿うどん（太麺）を注文。

ちゃんぽん・皿うどん共に「普通」と「特製」があります。店員さんに違いを訊いたところ、具が豪華になりますとの事。

さてお味は…う〜ん。不味くはないんですが、リンガーハットのそれと比較して特別うまいかと言われると、そうでもありません。

具が豪華なのは分かるんですが、具と麺の量のバランスが悪すぎて、ラーメン二郎みたいになってます。

ついでに言うと、具が豪華なのは良いのですが、盛り付けが雑で、皿の片側に料理が寄っている上に、せっかく入っている海老やムール貝が麺の下に埋もれてしまって見えません。

お値段は驚愕の１７８０円！

なお、他店では特製のお値段が２０００円を超えるとか。観光地だから仕方ないと言うべきか、ストレートに...
