100% disappointed. I tried to come up with positive things, but all I could say was that it's very cute.
The store is quite small; on the left is the entrance to play with rabbits and the right is the cafe.
*NOTE: THE CAFE AND RABBIT SIDE ARE DIFFERENT! You either pay $17usd to play with rabbits for 30mins+1drink, or you can go to the cafe and order from their overpriced menu.
If you choose rabbit side, you can only have one rabbit out of the cage at time. So if your looking for the rabbit island experience, go to rabbit island XD but they are still cute and soft!
The cafe side has a big TV where they played zootopia while I was there. Good thing too; We ordered a curry and parfait. The parfait took 20 mins but the curry took 40 mins AFTER the parfait... The food wasn't worth the wait. The portion was small and the price was high. The owner seems like a nice person, but I don't think...

In those ten years, we’ve seen the rabbits at Usagi to Cafe grow up, have kids and pass on—they take really good care of the rabbits and have signs up talking about their relationships with one another. We’re thinking about owning rabbits so we spoke with a staff member about our various questions and she was really knowledgeable about rabbit related questions as well as pointed us in the right direction for supplies, etc. (not just within their shop!)
The food is super cute too (as you see from a lot of the photos). I really love coming back here because from what I have seen, the staff are all rabbit owners and caretakers first and foremost. It’s a shame this isn’t in Tokyo, otherwise I’d...
Read moreVery child friendly environment and greatly enjoyed by our 3 year old, as well as ourselves. Not the cheapest experience but it was a great place, especially on a rainy day. Certain drinks are included in the entry price if you pay to handle the rabbits. Additional fees for other drinks and the food menu. One minor negative point is the buildings toilets. They are quite small so not the easiest when trying to help children. However, this is not really specifically linked to this business so not really something they can improve. Overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend...
