Before I start, I have to say that while this place is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator that isn't obvious and isn't in plain sight. I climbed up the stairs and I have a fear of stairs/heights so I'm glad the employee told us this as we were leaving. To find this place, find the red spiral stairs, climb up the first set of stone stairs then stop as you reach the red stairs. On your right there is a door that leads inside a small corridor, there is an elevator there.
To the review! This place was amazing, there was such a variety of animals, and they were all so friendly and well maintained. There was a smell but that's to be expected. There was a pig, rabbits, lots of owls, birds, sugar gliders, lizards, snakes, rats, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, a duck, an eagle, snapping turtle, tortoises, meerkats and probably more I forgot to mention. It isn't a restaurant, but you can get a small bottled drink for 110yen. We paid 1650 per person for an hour. Don't forgot to leave on time, because they will overcharge you without telling you. The start time will be written on a card that is then strapped...

I think there are about 6-7 owl species, and they received sound care. The staff were nice, and the price...
Read moreAll of the animals cages are way to small, I feel very bad for the tortise especially. Despite them saying the owls enjoy being pet, some of them are very uncomfortable with being pet and will bend down to show they are afraid. The owls were also chained to the polls and were unable to fly or move very much. The staff were kind, but it was obvious the animals were not having a good...
