We had a great experience at 煖. The owner is very friendly and genuine. The shop uses charcoal grill. I highly recommend marinated beef short ribs. Can also try Gifu sake. One thing is that there is no English menu but the owner really tries his best to communicate and try to get to know us. We felt very welcome and had a great time at the restaurant. The waiters are also very friendly and helpful.

All were of high quality. By the way, they used charcoal instead of gas for grilling, which, in my opinion, did make the wagyu a little more flavourful.
