For an international chain this Outback tends to lean way more towards the Japanese spectrum in its flavors and portions. The quality of the food seems to be from a commissary or frozen and reheat/cook type of provider. The waitstaff is slow and too busy singing happy birthday every 5 mins to the larger groups of diners that tend to come in. The atmosphere is dark and outdated and has an overwhelming odor of old ketchup and vinegar which means they are baking the ribs in ovens and it frilling or barbecuing them. Here’s the thing, I’m not even a great fan of Outback back in America. But when you feel homesick and you want a little taste of America (that’s not… say McDonald’s…), everything here suddenly becomes heavenly. It’s very crowded with foreigners and locals alike, so I do recommend making a reservation. Price range is... around 3000 to 4000 yen per entree I believe, naturally steeper than your local restaurants. Staff is nice, and service is fast.
