Tonight we visited your restaurant and encountered some disappointing situations during our dining experience. Here is a detailed review of our dining experience:
Firstly, the special grade wagyu beef was too tough to chew, leaving us disappointed and even causing us to give up on eating it. It was a frustrating start to the meal.
We brought this issue to the attention of the staff, and they listened to our feedback and offered apologies. However, there was no follow-up or any action taken afterward. This left us disappointed with their service attitude.
Additionally, there was a dish with offal on the menu, but its taste and texture made it difficult to swallow. It may not be suitable for everyone's palate.
Lastly, the dessert was extremely hard, making it difficult to swallow. Improvement in this aspect is needed.
However, I must mention that the seasoning of the cold noodles was delicious and appetizing, making it one of the highlights of our dining experience.
Furthermore, the quality of the beef ribs and beef short ribs was excellent, and I highly recommend trying these dishes.
The Beef Tata with mixed eggs was also extremely tasty, another highlight of our meal.
However, during the payment process, we were informed that the appetizer was an additional charge. The staff did not clearly inform us about this when they served the appetizer, which left us somewhat displeased.
Overall, this dining experience was not perfect. The tough special grade wagyu beef, the difficulty in swallowing the offal dish, the excessively hard dessert, and the miscommunication regarding the appetizer order all left us with a negative impression. However, the delicious cold noodles, excellent beef ribs and beef short ribs, and the enjoyable taste of the Beef Tata with mixed eggs left us with some positive impressions.
Considering the issues mentioned above, I feel that the value provided by this restaurant does not align with the price charged. I hope that you can improve the quality of ingredients and service attitude to offer a better...
Read moreThe perfect Yakiniku restaurant, and the only restaurant we went twice in our 6 day stay in Nagoya with our 4 year old. All tables are in private rooms. Great for famies with sofa seats perfect for children, especially with their kids Yakiniku menu (easy to cook dishes) with free flow drinks and rice. They have a fully English menu (and I think Chinese menu as well). All meats are great. Great service from all their staff. Just use Google to reserve....
