Snow Peak Cafe Hisaya-odori Park — Restaurant in Nagoya

I had very bad customer experience in this cafe at 1830hr today. There was no customers in the cafe at that moment. My family waited at the entrance of the cafe with no sight of staff. 5 min later, a staff was seen replenishing the cups, but she totally ignored us until i signaled to her . There was no warm welcome or greeting! She just said place order at the counter. There was no warm greeting / welcome as you would normally receive at the entry of any Japanese restaurant! In fact I felt abit discriminated. The staff was not helpful...

Because we are fans of Snow Peak, we were very surprised by the Snow Peak Café. It was fully decorated with Snow Peak equipment and also sold camping products. The restaurant is like in the snow peak shop and just in the park. Nice vibe the food as well. Unfortunately the toast is not enough for 4 sets of all day breakfast so we have to manage by ourselves. But the staff still serve us very well Wish could visit again as well as the snow...
