Lousy staff services. I ordered an strawberry cake, however, my cake was served without aluminum paper surrounded for shape supporting and cake protection. I responded this situation to your staffs and got no constructive responses or trying to do something to correct or improve it. The staff just explained what they want to say and don't think that's a problem. Just told me don't care about it. It's not meaningful. In the meanwhile of I response to staffs, all cakes served to others are all aluminum paper protected. All cakes I saw in the store are all served with aluminum paper protected in other tables. Apart from the slightly close distance between the dining area and neighboring tables, as well as the relatively small seating space that made it feel a bit cramped, the hardware facilities were less satisfactory. However, the food was very impressive.

I usually don’t like fruit cakes because the ones I’ve tried in the past often didn’t go well. However, their mille-crêpe fruit cake had a perfectly balanced flavor. The fresh cream was rich yet not overly heavy, making it highly recommended—definitely worthy of being their signature dish.

Nice looking place. Good ambiance and food. The food selection is quite small. There are several kinds of tea. And the main part is the cakes. Very nice looking cakes. If you are going in the afternoon you may not find all cakes. The most typical woods out very fast. There is the option for take out. Near lunch time on weekends it is usually very crowded and you will find a waiting line to eat there. Prices for cakes and food is in the average for this kind of place. But there is a very non sense rule. It is mandatory to buy something to drink (even if you are ordering food, cakes etc) and the drinks (tea, coffee, juice etc) are not very cheap.
