This little shop is operated by Cafe Dufi & Bar Dufi owner. Although the Cafe Dufi is a great place, this Vietnam "themed" one is off the rails. I don't recommend it if you are looking for...

円頓寺商店街のメインストリートから一本奥に入った飲屋街にあるベトナムレストランです。 名古屋にいるのを一瞬忘れるほど、ベトナムっぽい雰囲気のお店です。 料理はなかなか本格的なベトナム風。 チリソースやニンニク酢、ニョクマムもテーブルの上にあります。 この日はベトナムパクチー炒飯＋手羽元＋豚軟骨煮込のランチ（990円）を注文しました。 パクチーを乗せるかどうか聞かれましたので、「お願いします」と答えました。 パクチーが苦手な人はその時点で断れば良いです。 またパクチーが大好きな人は、100円追加で「追いパク」、大盛にできます。 サラサラとした炒飯は日本の炒飯とも中華料理の炒飯とも違うエキゾチックな風味で美味しかったです。 チリソースをかけて食べましたが、ここのチリソースはそれほど辛くありません。 お肉料理は鶏も豚も柔らかくて美味しかったです。 食後にベトナムコーヒー(495円)を注文しました。 食事に比べるとちょっと割高感を感じました。 ランチと同時の注文の際に、ドリンクの割引があればうれしいと思います。

【追記】6年ぶりに行ったら、ベトナムコーヒー(ホット)が二段に分かれていない普通の小さなカップで出てきました。それじゃただの甘いコーヒーです。黒と白の色と味の変化が楽しかったのに。しかもぬるい。「忙しい時は混ぜてポットに溜めている」ですって。大変さは理解しますが、550円は高いですよ。メニューにある写真は二段です。返品すればよかった⋯。 それから全体的に散らかっており、入って最初の席がいきなり肉置き場になっていました。 ─── 二階にグループ向きと二人連れ向きの雰囲気のいい席があります。階段が急だからお気をつけて。青パパイヤのサラダ(ピリ辛)、ベトナム風豚の角煮(うまい)、カエルの脚(鶏肉みたい)、生春巻きなどいただきました。どれも満足です。ベトナムコーヒーが詰まってドリップしなかったのはご愛嬌。
