Poor experience here - 6 pax. the waiter kept asking us to order by the number of pax dining. the deep fried oysters was in a plate of 4 but he did not advise accordingly... we order 4 and 4 plates came with a total of 16 oysters for 6pax... i asked if we could cancel some orders as it seems we had overordered a lot of the food.... in total, we order so many dishes cos of his poor guidance and advice and refused to allow us to cancel some of the orders... when trying to ask questions... he was absolutely rude!!!! he said no without looking at me! in total, the bill was 280 for 6 pax... a very expensive meal... the appetisers at 440yen each was also served to us without asking!!!.... even to the children.... cannot understand the logic.. is a ripoff.... u can find better izakaya... do not come here... especially if you cannot speak Japanese..... worse experience...

星１もつけたくない最悪な接客。カトラリーが机の下の引き出しにあることも、人数にかかわらず(一口サイズの)お通しが１卓につき１つの提供なことも一切説明がなかった。もう1人のお通しはないのですかと問い合わせたところ、１卓に１個の提供が当然のような物言いで、「もう一つ出すとお金かかっちゃいますけどお出ししてホントにいいですか？」と意味不明な返答。しかも終始半笑い。こちらが態度を硬化させ、どう言う意味かと詰め寄ると「お連れ様は未成年だと思ったので、お通しをお出ししてはまずいかと思った」と言う。ちなみに連れは20代後半、化粧もしており子ども体型でもなく、平日21時過ぎの来店だったにもかかわらず、未成年との判断は思い込みを通り越して頭が弱い。釈明の前にまず非礼を詫びるべきだし、もっとまともな言い訳はなかったのか。ドリンクの味は可もなく不可もなくだが、氷が小さすぎて飲み物ではなく氷ばかり口に入ってきて非常に飲みにくかった。また、名古屋の玄関口なのに赤だしはとても不味かった。一事が万事この調子で、この店の評価が低いことに納得した。新幹線の待ち時間に、他店と違って全く待たずに入れそうだったからというだけでここを選んだが、口コミを見てから店を決めればよかったと後悔。二度と来店しないし、誰にも勧めない。ちなみに店の紙コースターには、「一期一会の絆」が云々と御託が並んでいて、連れと吹き出しそうになった。悪い冗談でしかない。まさか、一期一会は、二度と会わない相手だから恥はかき捨てと言う意味だとこの店長は思っているのだろうか。(トンデモな接客をしたのは30代後半〜...
