A very nice neighborhood restaurant. Cash only restaurant with an English menu available. Food quality is good, have only ordered miso ramen at this restaurant, so I'm not sure about the other offerings, bit the ramen is very good. Has an older feel on the inside, but the restroom facilities are nice and clean. Very popular with the locals during lunch hours, so finding a seat during that time may be difficult. Overall, a very nice place for ramen if you don't want to go to the tourist spots with long lines.

初めて食べたのは18年ほど前。当時の沖縄では一風堂の河原氏プロデュースの通堂のオープンがありましたが、まだまだラーメン専門店は珍しく、麦麦は本格的な博多ラーメンを提供することで知られていました♪超らーめんナビでは沖縄県TOPの人気だったと記憶しています。 当時の沖縄のラーメン事情を考えると、 今では家系も二郎インスパイアも水鶏系もあり、ラーメン文化の急速な拡大に驚くばかりです そんなこんなで10年ぶりに麦麦さんに訪問しました！ 麦麦さんの看板メニューは当時と変わらず豚骨ラーメン！ この10年でライトな豚骨スープは更に軽やかに、麺は少し太くなった？ムチっと感のある中細麺で小麦の香りを感じられるタイプに進化していました。 チャーシューは当時のまま、ロースのお肉感が感じられるタイプ！ ランチサービスの味玉も美味しい(^^) 店内は観光客は皆無で地元のお客さんで賑わっており、この20年ラーメン不毛の血沖縄でラーメンで生き残ってきた実力を感じました。 昔の写真掘り返してみたら、店内のシーサーは10年前と同じでホッコリしました！笑 今回の週では全然外出出来なかったので、コロナが落ち着いたらゆっくり沖縄のラーメン巡りしてみようと思います！ ご馳走さまでした！

I wouldn't go that far as to say this is top notch. But for what they charge, it's fantastic. 800yen for a set with 4 pieces of fried chicken, a bowl of ramen (selection of soup base), and a bowl of rice. During lunch period, you can ask for a soft boiled egg, and extra ramen for free.
