They don’t know but this restaurant single handedly saved the Naha food scene for my husband. We didn’t have a lot of good experience with food here. We’ve tried a few different places but they were a tourist trap, expensive and didn’t live up to the hype. Also, everything was heavy pork which is something my husband can’t have. I came here for taco rice but was blown away by their tacos. We came back the next evening for more tacos! We tried the beef, lamb, vegetables, plum fish, chili fish, and crab tacos and they were all so good! Each taco had its own flavor. My husband’s favorite was the plum fish taco. Ichiban fish taco! He said the plum fish taco beats out the fish taco he had in Isla Mujeres in Mexico! One of the top hotel restaurants we’ve been to. We had the Pizza Margherita, Okinawan vegetable tempura (recommended) and the chocolate and banana pancake. The pancake is German style, and might have been a little dry - some more sweet sauce (honey / maple / ...) would have been nice.
